Take 183 (Airport Freeway) east. Exit at the 121 North Airport Exit. Stay on 121 N until you get to the William D. Tate/Main Street exit. Stay to the left when you exit and merge onto William D. Tate. You will cross Hwy. 114. Continue north through several lights. William D. Tate will change names to Ball Street at the Ira E. Woods/Dallas Rd. intersection. Continue on through 3 lights to Northwest Highway. Turn left on Northwest Hwy. and proceed through one light at the intersection of Dove Rd. Real Choices is about ½ mile further down Northwest Hwy. on the right. We are in a beige, stone office building directly across the highway from La Casa Grill and Cantina. As you enter our driveway you will see a sign which says Hubbell Family Dentistry at the top. Follow the parking lot around to the back side of the building to Suite 103.

Travel west on Highway 114. Just past the Main Street exit as you enter Grapevine, take the William D. Tate exit and turn right onto William D. Tate. Proceed north through several lights. The street will change names and become Ball Street at the Ira E. Woods/Dallas Rd. intersection . Continue on through 3 lights to Northwest Highway. Take 1709 (Keller Parkway/Southlake Blvd.) east toward Grapevine. When crossing Hwy. 114, get in the turn lane on the overpass and turn left onto Park Blvd. Proceed to the light at Northwest Hwy and make a right. Take Highway 26 east toward Grapevine. Go under Hwy. 114, then pass Grapevine Town Center on your right. At the next light, take a left onto Ball St. (Turning right the street is called William D. Take Highway 114 toward Grapevine. Exit at Southlake Blvd./Wall St. At the first light take a left over the bridge. This will put you on Northwest Hwy. Go through two more lights.
